It's Official: SP McQueen Signs with Marshals

In what local scribes are hailing as a huge move for the team's future, the Marshals inked a $6,700,000 deal with starting pitcher Keith McQueen.
Team officials expect McQueen to fill an immediate void on the roster and felt the deal would solidify them as a playoff contender.

New York Inks Star RP to $14,200,000 Deal

Team insiders were tight-lipped prior to today's deal that brought 30-year-old reliever Jonathan Duarte to New York.
Duarte is considered one of the league's A-list players and certainly will enhance any chances the Mavericks have to win a playoff spot this year.

Austin Makes Big Splash in Free Agency: Signs RP

The Cavaliers and Juan Garcia reached an accord earlier today which brings the reliever to town for 1 year.
Garcia will pocket $9,900,000 total and is widely expected to contribute significantly to the club's playoff drive.
