Road to 1.0: Feature List
As the OOTP Fantasy Leagues 1.0 release date nears, I thought a couple of articles akin to OOTP’s “Road to Release” would be a fun intro to the Mod. So in that spirit, here is Road to 1.0 number one, The Feature List.
Global Features
- Unlimited fantasy leagues based on an OOTP league (MLB, Fictional, historical, hobbit, etc.)
- Users can own multiple teams across multiple leagues
- Head to head Fantasy Scoring
- League Standings
- League Schedules
- Full player scouting with stats and player profile
- Full Transactions Log
- Dropped players must clear waivers
Besides, OOTP Fantasy Leagues features a core set of basic fantasy league management features for three unique groups of users:
- OOTP Game Owners/Admins – The person who owns the copy of OOTP and will set up and upload the league data and HTML and run the administrative tools on the site
- League Commissioners – The creators of the individual fantasy leagues. These are owners who will manage the League, such as inviting and managing owners, choosing the draft date, and managing the draft and running the League.
- Team owners – The owners of the actual teams in the League.

- Full web-based installation wizard
- Admin Control Panel with the following tools:
- Database import

- Pre-Season tools
- Sim Processing tools
